Aperture is based out of Ypsilanti and Ann Arbor, proudly serving the greater Washtenaw County region including Ann Arbor, Saline, Canton, Westland, Plymouth, and the entire Detroit Metro area. Travel for on-location shoots, destination weddings, and corporate events can easily be arranged upon request.

Once we discuss your vision and confirm our availability, a signed digital contract and a non-refundable retainer fee are required to officially lock your date into our calendar. Everything can be easily completed online from any device.

For weddings, reaching out 9 to 12 months in advance is highly recommended, especially for peak Michigan wedding months (May through October). For standard studio sessions, family portraits, and professional headshots, booking 4 to 6 weeks ahead of your desired date is ideal.

Our private workspace features easy backdrops and commercial-grade lighting equipment. This environment is engineered for achieving clean, modern looks for everything from crisp corporate headshots to dynamic commercial branding and intimate fine-art portraits.

Providing a welcoming, comfortable, and empowering space is our highest priority. All boudoir sessions are strictly confidential. Your images are kept private and will never be shared on our website or social channels without explicit, written permission from you.

Yes. Every delivered image undergoes professional color grading and careful retouching. We apply high-end processing techniques to refine lighting and correct color balance, ensuring a polished, professional finish while keeping skin tones natural and authentic.

Weddings & Large Events: Full digital galleries are delivered within 6 to 8 weeks, with a curated set of preview highlights provided within 24 to 72 hours.

Portraits, Headshots & Boudoir: Final edited images are typically delivered within 2 to 3 weeks via your private digital cloud gallery.

Most standard portrait sessions (family, high school senior, headshot, and boudoir) start at $175 per hour. Full wedding and engagement coverage is offered in transparent flat-rate collections starting at $1,500.
